Maya and Alder home services are fictional. The films illustrate ordinary business tasks and possible disputes; they do not reconstruct an actual person’s case. Real owner accounts are separately attributed.
We distinguish allegations from findings, expected costs from payments, and proposed legislation from enacted law. Legislative status is dated so readers can see when a record was checked.
